Floor & Core at The Yurt Javea is designed for women who want to safely rebuild their core and pelvic floor after birth (also possible years later).

This is not a regular workout. It’s a guided recovery practice, helping your body regain stability, function and trust.

  • Want to rebuild safely before returning to more intense exercise
