Availability & Booking
The yurt can be rented for:
- half-day or full-day retreats
- recurring weekly sessions

General Terms & Conditions
The Yurt Javea
General
These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and use of Yurt Javea for events, workshops, ceremonies, and other gatherings. By making a reservation, the renter/host agrees to these terms and conditions.
Rates
- €30,- per hour
- €125,- for a full evening (4,5 hours)
- €200,- for 8 hours (full day rental)
All rental rates are exclusive of VAT.
For half-day or full-day rentals, 30 minutes is included for preparation and clean-up.
Reservation & Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after 50% payment has been received. This deposit is non-refundable. However in case of unexpected change of cancellations, it will be hold for next event.
Payment must be made in advance via payment link or in cash prior to the event.
Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be charged the full rental amount.
Use of the Space
The yurt must be left in the same condition as it was found.
Mats, cushions, and accessories must be clean, free of stains, and neatly stored.
Cleaning supplies must be returned to the agreed location.
Additional cleaning or damage may be charged to the host.
Liability
Yurt Javea is not liable for theft, loss of personal belongings, or accidents on the premises.
The host of the event is fully responsible and liable for all participants, visitors, and third parties during the event.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Yurt Javea reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation without liability.
Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
In cases not covered by these terms, Yurt Javea will decide.
