Your body is changing and you are on your ride to motherhood. This can be joyful but can also give doubts, leaving you unsure what to trust or carrying tension you don’t fully understand.
This is where we begin.
With a background in pelvic physiotherapy and a deep understanding of the female body, I guide you back into connection, physically, emotionally and mentally.

As a pelvic physiotherapist, I support you in understanding and strengthening your body during pregnancy.
You learn how to move, breathe and connect with your body in a way that supports both pregnancy and birth.
Each offering can be followed individually, or combined into your personal journey.
Gentle, body-aware movement to support your changing body.
Focused on mobility, breath and creating space in the pelvis, these classes help you stay connected to your body throughout pregnancy.

Mama & Baby Fit
The active workout during ánd after prenancy.
Rebuild strength after birth, together with your baby.
Focused on core, pelvic floor awareness and safe movement, this class supports you in keeping and regaining strength and confidence in your body.
A supportive space to move, recover and connect.
Birth Preparation (course or 1:1)
Prepare for birth with clarity and confidence.
You will learn how your body works during labour, how to use breath and movement, and how to support your pelvis during birth.
Available as a complete course or in private sessions tailored to your needs.


Pregnancy Massage
Deep relaxation for your body during pregnancy.
This massage helps to release tension, improve circulation and create space in the body.
A moment of rest, care and support for both you and your baby.
One Day Pregnancy Retreat
A day to slow down and reconnect.
Combining gentle movement, rest, guidance and connection, this retreat supports you in preparing for birth in a calm and grounded way.
Held in the Yurt, in an intimate and nurturing setting.
