Mama&Babyfit

An unique workout suitable during pregnancy and with your baby (after 6 weeks untill 9 months). Where we combine an active workout with strength and stretch exercises. With attention on a healthy core and pelvic Floor.

Pregnancy Yoga

You are welcome in during all terms of the pregnancy. The class is designed to support a deep connection between you and your baby, followed by engaging yoga poses and core and pelvic floor exercises.
